Course Summary This course provides an immersive professional development experience for educators with 0–3 years of experience. Part I focuses on the "Launch" phase, providing a comprehensive 21-hour orientation to district operations followed by foundational learning in Evidence Based Practices (EBPs). Participants establish a professional support system through Academic Instructional Mentors (AIM) coaching cycles and School-Based Mentors to build consistency in classroom culture and standards-aligned planning.

Part I focuses on strengthening instructional practice through a combination of district orientation, evidence-based instructional learning, collaborative professional learning experiences, and reflective practice. Participants engage in Live AIM Sessions, Beyond the Bell learning opportunities, and a differentiated Hanover Learning Pathway designed to deepen their understanding of effective instruction, classroom environment, behavior supports, and professional responsibilities. Through ongoing reflection and discussion board activities, educators refine their instructional decision-making, strengthen student-centered practices, and continue their growth as reflective practitioners committed to student success.
